End of Life Components: How We Can Help

The manufacturers let us know and give us a date when ordering the particular part will stop. Product obsolescence and end of life, or EOL, of parts is a common yet frustrating part of product design and manufacturing.  The warning given that a part is going to be EOL’d, whether it’s 30 days or even 180 days, is not enough time to integrate a new part, especially for medical or military grade products that require extensive testing and certification.
