Element14 has published two eBooks that provide assistance for electronics designers in every stage of their careers. The company interviewed engineers from 3M, Molex, Kemet, Keysight, and Tektronix to get insights into best practices and actual examples of how these senior design engineers began and grew their careers.

As Electronics Weekly notes the two eBooks “provide expert guidance and advice on everything from landing your first job to how to measure success”.

“Engineering continues to be a sought-after skillset, even in these uncertain times,” element14’s Dianne Kibbey told EW, “we’re glad to be able to help our community members navigate careers in engineering and offer advice from our partners on not just finding a job, but securing a job in engineering that is the best fit.”

The electronics designers interviewed for the books include people with over 20 years of experience, as well as newly-entered to the industry designers.
