Newhaven Display’s 3.5” IPS TFTs now feature MIPI DSI Interface, which is rapidly becoming the industry leading go-to high-speed interface. These 3.5” MIPI IPS TFTs utilize 4-lane communication for better image quality and faster operation. Aside from the main MIPI signals accessible to the user, these MIPI IPS TFTs also provide access to additional signals helpful to setting up the display such as checking when the display is in a busy state vs. ready state, showing data transmit error, showing the display ID to identify one display from another, and more.
The 3.5” MIPI IPS TFTs also feature EMI shielding. MIPI interface inherently generates less EMI by default, but now with the added EMI shielding, this display is less susceptible to EMI from other sources and prevents self-generated EMI from escaping the display and affecting other devices. Industries now have an option they can rely on when EMI sensitivity matters.
In addition to the added EMI Shielding, Newhaven Display’s 3.5” MIPI IPS TFTs are sunlight readable with a typical brightness rating of 950 nits, and are available in Capacitive Touch or no-touch options.
